The same packages appear in three views: the list for working through, the board for the status at a glance, the timeline for dates and milestones. The overview gathers all running projects and exams, what is due this week, the progress of every undertaking and the next milestones on one surface. Milestones are fixed dates in the plan, progress is calculated per package and per project, and four statuses from new to done show you at any time where your undertaking stands.
The project agent is tied to your project and runs in the same chat window you know from SMarTrAgents, with dictation and read-aloud. From a goal it proposes the first work packages; for an exam it derives the study plan from the material; and for every package it answers your question when a task is unclear or you need the next step. You read the answer, and the next step stays with you: a human with a machine beats human and machine, and that holds for project planning just as it does for studying.
For an exam SMarTrPlan becomes the study planner: subject, topic and date are enough, and the agent derives the topics and a study plan with sessions and milestones from them, planned backwards from the exam date. For every topic it creates study aids, summaries, flashcards, memory aids and worksheets, and mock exams with the same task types as the real exam show you where the gaps still are. Every topic gets a confidence level and a next due review, so you can see what is up next. A recording of your lecture you upload in the chat, and the agent writes a summary from it with key statements, terms and open questions.
