Right of withdrawal

This instruction applies to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor part of their self-employed professional activity. Entrepreneurs have no statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but doing so is not required.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this refund we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Value compensation for services already commenced

If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you inform us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal from this contract, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a physical medium, if we have begun to perform the contract after you

1. have expressly consented to our beginning to perform the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
2. have confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal upon giving your consent with the beginning of the performance of the contract,

and we have provided you with confirmation of the contract including this consent and confirmation on a durable medium.

In practice this means: Before the purchase you tick two boxes, one for the immediate start and one for acknowledging the loss of the right. You then receive a confirmation email documenting both. If you do not tick the boxes, we do not begin the service until after the fourteen days have expired.
