Every customer, including the smallest, works in their own container, isolated from all other customers. For everyone who needs a data processing agreement there is a DPA under Art. 28 GDPR on request. That is the complete data path. Behind the platform stands a one-person business

The operator of SMarTrAgents is itself a one-person business, a sole proprietorship from Binswangen in Bavaria. This belongs on the page because the motto “a human with a machine” is evidenced there rather than claimed. Whoever sells agents for sole traders and is one himself knows the situation you work in from both sides: the invoices, the customer enquiries, the catalogue of tasks lying on the desk at night.

What you bring, and what you decide

An AI agent works for you, and you set the direction. That is why this page states what the entry needs from you.

Technically you need nothing but a browser, the platform runs without installation. You store a means of payment, payment runs through Stripe Payments Europe by credit card, SEPA direct debit and the methods offered there. As soon as it is stored, your workspace is ready.

Where you keep the decision: the decisions are yours, you represent your business to the outside yourself, and an agent knows your customers as soon as you give it the context. Seven days to try it

Before you take out a subscription you try the platform in the trial. It covers seven days of runtime, one million tokens and all nine agents at the Starter level.

Here, too, the hurdle applies that is often the decisive one for the self-employed: a website or a phone number is enough for the request. If you work alone and have no company website, a phone number you are reachable on is enough, and your own name may stand in the company field.
